TPC Louisiana partnered with Duininck Golf on a multi-phase renovation spanning from 2017 through 2020. Completed across four projects on a course covering approximately 200 acres, the scope included a full irrigation system replacement, renovation of the greens complexes, fairway re-grassing, bunker renovation with updated liners and sand, and improvements to the driving range.
The work took place in a demanding environment. The Gulf Coast climate places constant pressure on turf conditions, and TPC Louisiana hosts PGA Tour events, which required careful scheduling throughout the project. Construction activities were coordinated to protect playing surfaces while ensuring each phase was completed on schedule.
By the completion of the final phase, the course had undergone substantial improvements. According to the project questionnaire, both PGA Tour players and the client responded positively to the finished work.
