There’s so much good golf in Wisconsin. One course you have to see is Tom Vardon’s 1924 Eau Claire Golf & CC. Amazing golf holes laid on some dramatic topography. Great job by Superintendent Nick Peinovich and his staff. @WGCSA @MnGCSA

The new left fairway expansion on Hole 10 is coming in beautifully! This enhancement creates more playable options off the tee and for layups, adding strategy and flexibility to this tricky par 4.

Works are underway on this beautiful piece of sandy, undulating ground, perfect for golf. Shakopee Creek cuts through the edge of the property, surrounded by cedar trees and cliffs before opening up into a broad wetland to the east.

We were able to get a drone out during our winter prep to showcase the incredible effort and precision that went into our historic enhancement project. A huge shoutout to @tcturf, Jared Watters, @jeff_mingay, @DuininckGolf, and the entire Turfgrass crew!
We’re thrilled with the beautiful new bunkering along the right side of Hole 8. It adds a stunning visual element and an exciting challenge to the hole—another fantastic enhancement for our course! @tcturf @jeff_mingay @DuininckGolf

We’re nearing the final stages of work on Hole 12. The layout is nearly complete, with only sod installation remaining. The strategically placed bunkers make this par 5 far more engaging, offering a more challenging yet rewarding experience.
Major earthwork continues on holes 17 and 18. Our team is making great strides in reshaping these finishing holes, and the transformation is truly exciting. We are confident the new layout will provide a spectacular finish, enhancing both the challenge and beauty of the course.
Our enhancement plan has been deeply inspired by historic knowledge and imagery. For example, our “magnet bunkers” on 15 and 16 have been restored, honoring the course’s history while continuing to challenge today’s golfers. @tcturf @jeff_mingay
Bunker sand is being installed on hole 17, and the Turf Rehab team has successfully completed the drainage work on the green. The enhanced par 5 is really coming to life!
